Christine Foreman presents the Arthur F. Foreman Memorial Award to Paul Jones in 1968. Paul was the second award recipient and the first boy to receive the award.
Christine Foreman , widowed by her husband Arthur's death when she was a young mother with their infant son Arthur met William Jones when his son Paul was the second Foreman Award recipient. 13 years later they were married in 1981. William Jones had attended the Foreman Awards with his wife and stepson Arthur every year. His name is on the plaque that is on the wall at the entrance of the South Main School because he was a Pleasantville Board Of Education member at the time when it was constructed. William Jones passed on April 11,1997.
